I finally decided on an ebook project I want to work on. It is going to take about 4 months to complete, but it won’t be the only project I am working on. I am also domaining and setting my domains up on WhyPark.

The reason why the ebook is going to take so long is because I am performing and documenting my own experiments and it will take that long to complete them. I will be documenting it all in my ebook as I go along. Sorry, I cannot give any hints or sneak peeks yet.

I currently have 66 domains set up on WhyPark and plan to go with it until I have 100 of them all set up. It takes about 5 minutes per website to get up and running. I also like to add some clickbank and commission junction products to them as well.

There are very few things which completely change the way I do my business online. One such program that blew me away is Domains into Dollars.

I discovered how to buy domain names, try them out for 5 days to see if they are profitable or not. Then if it is a domain I don’t want to keep, I don’t need to pay for it, I can replace it with a different domain instead. Pretty cool huh?

I have dived into this and am really excited to consider myself a professional domainer. It is better than physical real estate investing because there is no mortgages, no property taxes and the return on your money is so much higher.

With what I have discovered in Domains into Dollars, I am confident I will be debt free by my goal date.

I keep reading online about how important it is to build a list. So I have been looking into building some lists from my niche websites. As you can see I set it up on one of my WhyPark sites to give away a free report when people sign up for my mailing list.

I even put in my own affiliate articles with my affiliate links on the first page. I love how much I can customize everything on there and the fact that I can set the sites up so quickly.

I have however, moved three of my sites from WhyPark to my own hosting today. This is because I wanted to make them eBay niche sites and I cannot run my RSS feeds on the WhyPark sites.

So I have been busy today designing and creating three eBay niche sites. I am going to try and create 1-2 new websites a day depending on how much time I can spare.

It takes a bit longer when trying to find affiliate products that give you something you can offer your readers in exchange for joining your mailing list.

You want them on your list so you can remind them after they have left about your affiliate product or to revisit your website. This turns a one time visitor into a repeat visitor.

I use Aweber for my lists. It lets me create follow up messages and broadcasts to your subscribers. I like that one subscription lets me create a different list for each website I own.

Of course I don’t have it set up on all of them yet, but those are my plans.

If that doesn’t get you excited. I don’t know what will. I am adding the code to my blog right now and am excited to see the results. It was designed by John Reese, who is a very reputable internet marketer. I think he is right on the money with this.

Sure there are opportunities to make a lot of money online, but they are far and few between. It takes a lot of work, a lot of hours and a lot of doing the same thing over and over again to make a good income online.

I currently spend 10+ hours a day working on my online business. I wake up really early in the morning and stay up really late at night. When I calculate it per hour, I could probably be making more at a regular 9-5 job.

There is a key difference though that keeps me going. Instead of working a job, I am building a business. I am working for myself, I have no boss. I have freedom to work as much as I want or as little as I want and get results accordingly.

I am building a passive income so the more I work now, the less I will need to work later.

If you are going to be successful online, you must realize that it does not come overnight. You are going to be doing a lot of boring and mundane tasks for hours on end. You are going to be writing a lot, you are going to be doing a lot of research.

One day you may make $100 and another day only $10-$15. Income will fluctuate. You need to be willing to push through the hard days. You are planting your seeds.

Each project is a little seed that you are planting and nurturing. Before you know it you will have a full garden that you can harvest. It will be worth it. You may not see the results right away, but they will come.

I caved in and signed up for a program that creates content rich websites for me instantly. I mean I was able to set up 10 websites in about an hour. Using my ads, my adsense code and they fill it automatically with articles and change them on a regular basis so they always stay fresh.

Worried about duplicate content? No need.

They take the first paragraphs from the different articles and change up the order so it turns out to be unique content. I plan to use this method for all the domains I bought and then I can develop full fledged websites for my best performing sites.

It is so much better than a parking page because it gives the reader exactly what they are looking for and it allows me to place my adsense and my own text ads from different places like clickbank, commission junction or any other affiliate site.

I am just awed about how smart the owners of Associated Content are. Think about it.
1. They get a bunch of unique content by paying extra for exclusive articles.
2. People visit all the time to submit their work (sometimes even for free) and read other people’s articles.

Can you imagine the adsense and advertising revenue Associated Content is raking in a month? Far more than they are paying out for the articles, that is for sure.

While I was visiting Associated Content today I noticed something else their brilliant minds had set up, it is called Content Partners.

I was floored when I saw their game plan.

Checking the “Custom Content” area I saw something that really struck me.
“Over the same year, $50 spent on a single AC article would bring over 800 targeted visitors, and continue to grow.*”

Wow, they pay us $5 – $6 for an exclusive article and resell it to someone else for $50! Of course, that does not upset me, why? It is business. They found a way of buying articles in mass from people like us and turning that into massive profit.

In the syndication section, they let people use any of the Associated Content articles that they want on their website as long as Associated Content keeps the advertisements on the pages. Wow, that means that they can get advertising revenue, not just on their own website, but from anyone who uses our articles on their own sites.

I knew Associated Content had a master plan for buying articles… It all seems so clear now.

The question you need to ask yourself is… Am I just ‘thinking’ about making money online or am I actually going out and taking the ACTION to make money?

This happens to a lot of people and I used to think about things way too long before doing anything myself. It is what is known as analysis paralysis. You try and absorb all the information you can and want to find the ‘perfect’ way to make money.

The truth is, there is no perfect way. In fact, I have yet to stumble upon a method that is 100% perfect. The point is to take action. Do something that will enable you to put money into your pocket or at least your PayPal account.

In May when I first started I was very limited in my knowledge about turning a profit online. I had only concentrated on one business model, which was ‘Get Paid To’ programs. I knew very little about them at that time, but I did know that I was determined to make it profitable for me.

So what did I do? I took action. I worked at it several hours a day for two weeks straight.

You know what happened? I succeeded. I now bring in over $1,000 a month in passive income from those two weeks of hard work.

Did I stop there? Nope. I joined Earn 1k a Day and learned all about several other business models I could go with. I snatched up what I learned about mini-money sites and am building up a business with it.

There are countless ways to make money online. Sometimes you just need to pick a business model and just run with it. Work it, use it and make some money with it before you move on to another project.

I am a bit ADD (attention deficit) myself so I always have trouble with just concentrating on one thing at a time. It is a daily struggle for me actually. The key is to prioritize.

What project or business model do you want to work on first? Choose it and do nothing else until it is complete.

Get other project ideas while you are still working on your first? Write them down and put them at the end of your to-do list. That way you know that you WILL get to them, just not now.

Thinking about building your business is very important, don’t get me wrong. However, if you don’t get past the thinking stage or if you sit it the thinking stage too long, you wont get anywhere. Sometimes you just need to push yourself and take the plunge. You will be glad you did.

I have never gotten into Adwords in the past. I had always simply relied on Article Marketing for traffic to my niche websites, but I wanted to try out Adwords. I set a low daily budget so I wont end up spending too much.

The great thing about Campaign Blasting is that I can promote affiliate products and services without having to have an actual website of my own. This opens up so many more opportunities.

I must say, although I am learning a lot about PPC and Adword campaigns, this will just be a small part of my business model and not my main source of income. That is unless I start experiencing phenomenal results, which of course would my mind will change on that point.

I have been looking for a new niche today. I hope to have one picked out by the end of the weekend so I can start creating a new website when my new iMac arrives sometime on Monday.

Oh here is a little tip I learned this weekend about Adwords:

Create a separate campaign for your content ads and your search ads. This allows you to create a smaller bid price on your content ads and better track those results separately from the search ads. For exampe: for a search ad I have a max bid per click of $0.05, but on Content I have it set at $0.01
